Parade is operating as normal and we're working closely with our partners to deliver the service you're accustomed to. However, in light of the evolving coronavirus situation, we wanted to update our customers and the Parade community.
Firstly, the safety of our customers, shop community and Parade staff is our utmost priority. We're proud of the spirit showed by our team and the response from our shop community, despite the uncertainty. Also, it’s during this time that we are reminded of why we started Parade - to showcase the culture of skateboarding, support the shops and to provide a platform for young brands (and established ones) to grow. It’s for this reason we feel strongly about the support we can provide.
Though a difficult time, Parade is working at full speed to ensure we offer you the best service and to despatch orders in a timely fashion. We pride ourselves on customer service and are monitoring the services provided by our various partners. As always, you can contact us at any point should you have questions about your order, or have a general question.
We also wanted to let you know how we’re helping our community of skate shops.
The impacts of COVID-19 are only just starting to show themselves with many shops having temporarily closed their doors. This is, of course, the right thing to do - but it has severe consequences. As a reminder, when you buy from Parade you are supporting over 60 independent businesses and we want to personally thank you for your custom and support. With your support, we’re actively helping shops prepare for possible restrictions, wherever we can, so they can continue to trade online. We are also helping those stores who are less visible online by sending orders their way.

By working together as a community, we hope to make a difference during this tough time for smaller businesses. The knock-on effects of this situation will be rough, but skateboarders and the businesses we support are used to adapting to a changing environment. This, as you know, takes effort and a strong community to improve the greater good.
