About the photographer:
Mike Blabac has documented skateboarding since the early 90s. Living in San Francisco during the ‘hey day’, he exposed many legendary characters from that era. Moving to the Girl Skateboards camp and then onto DC, Mike has had the opportunity to shoot a huge array of different skateboarders over the past thirty years. He continues to still shoot skateboarding alongside other areas of interest.
