DC Shoes continue to pull from their legacy archive to re-introduce The Lukoda in collaboration with Bronze 56k. The Lukoda was first released in 1999 and builds off the infamous DC Lynx silhouette and tooling, made famous by Josh Kalis.
The Bronze 56K guys certainly saw The Lukoda as fit to reappear just over twenty years later with a direct re-issue of the Navy/Gray colourway. This is updated with a Hi-abrasion toe cap and mesh panel side ventilation. The second and limited edition Tan/Olive colourway featuring the same cup sole but with a revised nubuck toe piece with canvas ripstop upper. This brings down the weight, whilst retaining durability. Both colours offer the puffy tongue DC shoes were known for throughout the 90s.
The heavy Bronze 56K inspired Lukoda edit features a wave of DC talent in John Shanahan, Will Marshall, Jahmir Brown, Thaynan Costa, Billy McFeely, Shaun Paul, Brandon James, Adilson Pedro and Mike Heikkila.
