The Converse CONS One Star CC Slip is a great addition to the Converse range. Unsurpirsingly, given the name, it's a slip on version of the ever-popular Converse CONS One Star CC Pro. A simplified version with no laces, which means no ripping and replacing, the toe piece is one solid piece of suede with no stitching or similar to rip, this means they have excellent durability and consistency when skateboarding.
The One Star CC Slip is made of a durable suede uppers and features the One Star branding on the heel of the shoe. The air vents on the side walls allow air into the shoe which gives them breathability for those sweaty sessions. The Nike Zoom drop-in sockliner provides impact protection and keeps the foot stable whilst in the shoe, this allows for confidence and comfort when on your skateboard. The lightweight Converse traction rubber outsole gives excellent grip and consistency of flick particularly once broken in.
The One Star CC Slip is available in a myriad of colourways to suit the taste of almost everybody, from black, white and more colourful styles such as the dark burgundy and navy colourways. The shoe is favoured by Converse riders such as Aaron Herrington, Raney Beres and Bobby De Keyzer, which gives you a good idea of the performance and reliability of the shoe, and also that its suited to all styles of skateboarding. This is without mentioning its overall simple, sleek and stylish looks, which mean it's perfect to be worn during downtimes as well as when you're out skateboarding.
